AkashWe have called and speak with Canada PostThey have confirmed the order was send to your home address(House) on August 18th Wednesday at 9 51 AM as I wrote to you on the August 16th e-mail. They have put a delivery notice on your main door the order was send to your nearest Canada post office for pick -up which require one of your signature and ID. (No signature allowed door to door at house).You send us a e-mail on the August 19th at 5 50 PM and describe you did not receive your order?Canada post has done an investigation for your case we will let you know in couple of days when I will receive their call for the result of this investigation

Very unhelpful customer service. Wasn 't willing to make an concessions regarding unreceived shipment. I have posted a picture of the conversation below to allow for transparency into their customer service practices and to allow customer to form their own opinion. They also were quite privy in assuming my gender and calling me madam for some reason and found it necessary to end the email with the quote no time waster . Terrible etiquette.

This is another go to place for delicious plant based meats. Not all of them are vegan but they are clearly labelled. Only drawback is it is not easy to know when they are open/closed. If you go there you take a chance of whether they are open/closed. But they come to the Toronto Veg Food Festival and I always stock up!

We love the vegan lamb nuggets, haven't tried any of the other goodies we purchased yet. Will definitely be back!
