Chick N Delish - Scarborough

Leaving this review as I made a deal with Pram that I would if the chicken sandwich is good. And booooyyyu it was scrumptious and delicious!!! I will definitely be going back for a third !!!!

Hated the experience, I ordered a chicken sandwich w no onions and there was a lot of onions in my food. They take a long time to prepare the food and my sandwich was way overloaded with mayo. Overall a very bad experience

11:24 pm Ordered “ Chiken Wings”.11 42 Picked up “ BBQ Chiken Wings”. My bad that I didn’t open and check the order.Called restaurant @11:47 for the order mishap.The women working there claims that We ordered “today’s special “ , BBQ Chiken wings, which I didn’t. I don’t even know “today’s special” exists)Same women then says that i paid for today’s special. I paid the amount she asked me to. Asked for bill and she just gave me transaction receipt. Again i am explaining her that I didn’t order BBQ chicken. I still don’t understand this point of her argument)The women on the call then denies taking any “on call” order as she just cooked the meal mis communication whose problem it is )And she still insists that I paid for Today’s special so that is my order. how from the heaven I would know what today’s special is)To which i again deny that I did not place today’s special as I clearly stated CHIKEN WINGS because I cannot eat the BBQ sauce.Then she states not so nicely) that she cannot do anything today for this issue ,as the restaurant is closing in 12 mins and she can make it the next day. She was way too much in hurry to cut the conversation and call.I am miffed with the way this was handled and her answers to the problem.My husband and I are regular customers here from past few months just chiken wings and grilled legs) and this was my first such experience.

We bought fried chicken, butterfly shrimp, grilled chicken and seseme sandwich. The chicken fried was rotten and smelly inside. Shrimp had a raw taste and we got hair inside the sandwich. Never go there again.

I visit here almost every week but the chickn tikka 12 pieces i ordered was so hard and stale this time with no salad .It comes with salad and i got really disappointed as the chicken was not eatable.The sauces are unavailabe these days also quality is decreasing i loved to eat herr but now its worst experience the chickn is so dry nd hard
