The cashier was handling money with one gloved hand while using the bare other hand to open containers and ensure orders were correct, which is very concerning. My food was prepared very poorly; my taco salad was soggy from the bean gravy, and the ground beef was overprocessed to the point of being mushy. I believe the employees need to be retrained or let go. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

I truly feel for the owner of this franchise, as it seems there is a lack of motivated applicants in the area who care about doing their job well. It’s crucial for the staff to pay attention, especially when it comes to something as simple as confirming an order and checking that the bags match. This was the first disappointing experience we've had at this restaurant, but it was also our first time using their mobile pickup service. When we dine in, we can watch our food being prepared and ensure everything is correct. Additionally, when I called to address the issue, the employee's casual response and lack of a sincere apology made me think that such mistakes might be commonplace and acceptable to them. To the owner, I understand that hiring mainly high school students and young adults focused on their social lives may impact service quality. However, I believe it’s essential to have a competent leader who can guide the team and ensure they prioritize customer satisfaction.

Ordered for delivery and got no chips with the nachos. No sides of guacamole or cheeses sauce or sour cream and qusadilla had only chicken and black olives hardly any cheese and none of the veggies requested. This place sucks!!!

Wait time was unbelievably long. The serving line was really slow.All the salsas were out.No toilet paper in ladies room.The bright spot was the man at the cash register with glasses, mustache and a ponytail.When I told him about the salsa and the toilet paper, he hopped right on it.He needs to be made a manager.
