Why is there only one staff member working at 12:30 PM on a Wednesday? Just in case management isn't aware, lunch and dinner are typically peak times in the restaurant industry.

I ordered a sandwich, but the staff didn't know how to process my coupon. Another customer was also waiting, so I decided to leave. When I got home and started eating, the bread was hard and stale. I went back to request a refund, but they said they couldn't help me. I asked for the manager’s name and number, but the number they provided was incorrect. I tried to get the names of the staff, but one of the women went to the back, leaving a young lady who couldn't assist me. I ended up feeling threatened and decided to leave. I won’t be coming back; from now on, I’ll go to Baldinos instead.

The food was cold, and the service was terrible. Staff members were shouting at each other about cookies, and the rap music was excessively loud. The bathroom was in poor condition. I will never return to this place.

I placed a order online today, spent $19. I got the sub with no chips and no drink. That I paid in full for. Store phone not even working. So no one can be reached. I won't be ordering anything from here again.

Customer service is terrible. worker was extremely rude to me and my sister would not recommend.
