Sonic Drive-in - Savannah

This situation is only evil, we visited the middle of the week, day müll overflowing, dirty and around it from washroom “not working today”! are you doing sweat? the food was not great, the cigarettes were boiled, the chicken sandwich was so small and it was terrible. for cleanliness and lack of washroom . Avoid it

Avoid this location, it’s dirty, garbages overflowing,tables dirty, washrooms …not here was told to go through the bushes to the gas station . Food was not great! Undercooked food , drinks full 3/4 of ice . Terrible.

Worst service ever. The staff does not know their own menu. Tried to order a Oreo and Reese's peanut butter master shake. Was told repeatedly that they do not sell that shake. I was like it is on your menu but still nope they do not sell it. So they charged me extra for peanut butter. Then I ordered a Reese's peanut butter shake and was charged extra for Reese's because that shake also don't exist even though it is on the menu. The new churro shake is suppose to have a Cherry on top but that did not happen either. As a customer I feel like if u have it on your menu then you should have the product. If not then take it off the menu. Or let people that u are out of it at this time. Not that u don't have it all. Not to mention that the cup were not even full for the price u pay for them. I wish my pictures really show how far down it is in the cup when the car hop brought them to me. Just not sure I will ever come back to this sonic while it is close to my house it is the worst I have been to in Savannah. Every time I go my order is never right or they never have something. Just be careful what you order here because while it may be on the menu you might be told that they do not sell that. Staff was semi friendly.

I don't think these guys know how to do fast food. And maybe the speaker system is a lost cause. They didn't seem to hear half of the order; left off some things, made items wrong on others. It's the one time in my adult life I wished we'd crossed the street for McDonalds.

Horrible service. Every time my wife orders they make her drink wrong. And every time we go back to fix it the same guy acts like he has no clue what we're talking about. Every employee except this guy is usually nice and courteous but it's just this one guy who's always mean to my wife. I wouldn't say anything if it was just one time but Every time we order something and here's there, there's always an issue.
