Buffalo Wild Wings - Savannah

The service was good, but the majority of the menu was not available. our waitress was very attentive and she gets 5 stars. the main reason for the 2 stars is that a worker go over our table stinking of gras. we have confirmed that it was a hired person because during the payment of our bill the same employee went out of the kitchen area and went with the same smell behind it. while eating and service was very good, my family will not be back to this place.

I have tried Buffalo Wild Wings twice and I just can't. It's the presentation and timeliness. Ordered online and the wait was fifty minutes. We ordered 1-15 piece and 1-6 piece the Tuesday B1G11/2off special giving us a total of 42 wings. The sauces are good. Wings are a hit and miss, several were fried too hard. They threw the wings in the bag and sauce was everywhere. This was done the previous time I ordered as well. It is VERY annoying and messy. Also, wanted to order the nacho--it was not available.

I ordered food online, but they didn't include the appetizer I requested, and my burger was missing the French fries that were supposed to come with it. They also forgot the extra sauces and the carrots for the wings. It seems like there should be a better system for checking orders to ensure everything is correct. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was disappointing.

I brought 30 pieces of wings half teriyaki and half Buffalo and there were delicious it was my first time visiting, I will most definitely return for more of there wings. Customer service was awesome thanks Buffalo Wild Wings.

Was very excited to go to Buffalo wild wings with my spouse. But...... We walked into this place and ended up walking right out, it was disgustingly dirty, many many tables not cleaned and a terrible smell on the tables that were supposedly clean.
