100% poor service. Night manager is literally the rudest person i have ever seen in that McDonalds. I ordered a double bigmac with no seasoning on the patti and a spicy habanero mcchicken. They literally gave me patties with seasoning and chicken sandwich with mayo instead of habanero sauce. I couldn’t eat any of my sandwich. And when i called to inform, all i was saying was to treat customers with some respect and to make the food properly so that people can enjoy. The manager who took the phone was really rude and said she is not doing deliveries and i can drive to drivethru again from my house. I am not driving there again just because you made the mistake. She literally hung up on me while i was talking. She was also rude when she came to hand out the order too. I have never seen a manager like this before. I have worked in this same mcdonalds for more than a year and i have never had any management this rude or any staff with this much poor service and attitude.
