This place has never disappointed me. My family and I have always had great meals and service. The staff is great. There is one gentleman who we have had as a waiter a few times and he is the best!

Always an amazing meal, sushi is the best around. Eating there or getting to go is both great never any issues.

Japanese and Thai food are among my favorites, and I think it's fair to say that I have quite a bit of experience with Asian cuisine. I discovered Osaka Asian Fusion during a shopping trip it's located in a strip mall about a year ago, and have been there several times. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I had issues with the food quality when I was there about two months ago. The soup I ordered was tasteless. I simply did not eat it. But that did not stop me from returning last week because their sushi had been very good. I gave them another shot. However, my last trip a few days ago was a disaster. I tried a different soup one with pork dumplings in a clear broth. The dumplings were delicious but the broth tasted like salty dishwasher. I also ordered a Pink Lady sushi roll. The first piece had what appeared to be a short, brown rodent hair on it. OK, I removed it, didn't eat that piece. Two pieces later, I discovered a string of steel wool in the rice ! and that was the final straw. I brought these matters to the attention to the waitress who had a conversation with someone else the cook? that I could not understand. The sushi was taken off my bill. In past visits as well as this one, the sushi was presented artfully. Service had been attentive and pleasant, which makes it hard for me to write this review because I think the owner is the waitress. I certainly did not anticipate any issues. But there are some problems in the kitchen, apparently, and for this reason I will not return.

We have been coming to Osaka pre-pandemic- pandemic-new management and now-post pandemic and through it all this quaint Sushi restaurant has justifiably made it through the challenges. Osaka Asian Fusion is a gem. The new management has a proper hands-on approach with a staff that seeks to deliver a welcoming environment, quality fish, excellent menu choices of sushi, cooked foods and drinks. Like many good Sushi restaurants it comes down to the quality of the fish and the details of making sushi, which is considered an art. We can honestly say that the staff at Osaka meet the challenges and we have enjoyed the different items we have ordered. We prefer Salmon, Tuna and Shrimp Sushi presentations, also for lunch Udon, Pad Thai and Katsu. To be honest, we have never ordered anything that was not fresh and artfully presented. If you're looking for good Sushi in a quiet and warm setting, we highly recommend Osaka Asian Fusion, just off Route 50, a gem in the Town of Wilton!
