One Caroline has never disappointed throughout the years; they have provided an exceptional night out every time. Food has always been unique and exquisite, servers are attentive without hovering. And while the music can be a bit loud if you're trying to have conversation over dinner, you'll forgive this because the entertainment is just as exceptional as the food.

This is a great restaurant! Every time we come the food is delicious! The atmosphere is chic and sophisticated. The service is great as well! They have a lot of custom cocktails you can't get anywhere else! Overall one of the best restaurants in Saratoga!

Great atmosphere and Shane Sanchez the Bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. My first time there and I will go again. I loved the Brussel Sprouts.

All is I can say is we are already planning on returning in the Spring!!! Delicious food, great drinks, wonderful atmosphere and people!!
