Mcdonald's - Saratoga Springs

Nobody up front to greet you or take an order. Used the kiosk, customized our meals and received 2 of 4 meals wrong, why put custom stickers on the meal box and not make it according to the sticker. 4 of 4 meals had cold fries, don 't know a single person who enjoys cold fries. Most of the tables were dirty from previous guest. The atmosphere of the place was cold and lifeless. Lots of other great options in the same area, going elsewhere from now on ?️ 's

Sarah the manager here is doing such a great job! The whole restaurant is very clean. I worked for alpine school district cleaning classrooms for teachers and children, I also worked at Starbucks as a barista!! These woman are doing such and amazing job. The work environment doesn’t seem toxic at all. I actually applied to work here as well! <3 my brother Cody is serving a Spanish speaking mission in Edmonton Canada.

When I pay almost $3 for a French fry I’d like them to be full. Stop being so lazy and ripping people off.

The general manager there is by far the biggest joke. That store is completely unprofessional and unreasonable. Customer service is garbage, and I will never be returning to that store. Matter of fact I will be posting on several websites about my experience and informing people to not waste their time with an unprofessional place like this.As a general manager, she would not give her name out and also would not give the store number out, so you could not do a complaint on their webpage. They call the cops and trespass you when they refuse to hand you an order that was PAID FOR already because they 'll don 't like your attitude where there was none. Wouldn 't even let my 9 year old use the restroom!

A lady got stuck in the snow and about 20 people showed up to help her out.
