Denny's - Saratoga Springs

Worst Denny's experience ever! The waitress was so rude. When we asked for children's menus, she rolled her eyes. We had only 2 sets of silverware for 4 adults and 2 children. Eating was terrible. When they complained about the rude service, nothing was done. Never go here.who ever eat experience..

Food was amazing!!! My waitress amazing but hearing the other staff yelling*angel locked me in the freezer so he can find me later and hearing swearing an other random adult comments around my child was NOT ok!!

I get the Chicken Skillet sooo bomb! Good service here! As a LATINA I didn't feel uncomfortable I have to mention this as other customers who are prominently White have the tendency of staring one down in Saratoga. Doesn't bother me as long as they're not crossing any lines. Diversity is beautiful! ??

First, I only gave it a 1 star, because 0 was not an option!! Worst service ever! Waited over 10 minutes after we got seated, just to be greeted by a frumpy and rude server! Took an additional 10 minutes to get our beverages. Waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was cold! My husband told the server and she walked away! The manager did nothing! So, we walked out and came to TGI Friday 's...way better service, and food! Do not waste your time on Denny 's ... it 's a sheer disappointment to say the least!

The waitress was really nice and polite. The food was good, but the portion sizes have definitely gone down. So if you want a full order of hashbrowns better order two.
