Auntie Anne's - Saratoga Springs

Love the pretzels and the people here. Usually have a full selection in the warmer and friendly enough service. I love the frozen chocolate that they have this time of year. A kudos to the clerk John for having a nice smile.

One of the workers that was on today his name was Alec he was extremely rude to me refused to take my order because I stood in the wrong part of the line and took the peoples order that were behind me. This made me feel terrible and definitely made me not want to buy food from here. I don’t recommend anyone to go here, this worker really ruined my whole appetite. Highly disappointed that the company lets him treat customers like this.

I bought 3 traditional pretzels. They were really really tasty and a million miles away from the hard pretzels I have bought in the UK. A little on the expensive side, but nice as an occasional treat for the family.

Horrible service manager she nut job says she been there 15 years don’t know how the coupons works thought she would be nicer since the mall empty as hell probably was her only customer for the day really rude

Their pretzel dogs are pretty good. I don't really come here often.
