What a difference. The new owners have done a great job changing the culture and ambiance. The food was also very good. Wait staff and host were all friendly and super accommodating. My favorite was the crab Rangoon nachos.

Fish and chips was huge and crunchy. Waterfront location is nice. Waiter surprised us by giving an extra cocktail ?

Service was good. Great lakeside spot and a really good Cuban Sandwich. It's a short drive from central Saratoga Springs where the restaurants can get very busy. This is a big restaurant space with a long bar. It was our first visit and we will return for a second meal.

Extremely nice place with surprisingly great food and a gorgeous view of the lake. We stopped here on a whim and didn't realize how open and airy it was. Huge dining area and huge outdoor area. They share the location with a boat launch but there's plenty of parking. Our server was excellent and everyone was nice to us at every stage of our meal here. Highly recommend for a nice meal in Saratoga Springs

Bring back old 550! I used to love the classy vibe of this place and it is very much a brewery now. They sit you down and put all the silverware and menus in the middle of the table. Is it so hard to set a table? The bathrooms were also visibly dirty. The drinks remain good, the food is mediocre and has limited options, servers and service was fine. Would be nice for the hostesses to greet you instead of just look at you when you walk in the door, this has happened multiple times. Still a good place if you're looking to sit on the lake... but please deep clean your bathrooms and a smile would be nice when you walk in the door
