Bidrage med feedbackHome food to the Chilean. Pernil and exquisite ribs! A popular place, with the essence of a canteen. Borages, but good boys.
The 'girl meeting' located in the center, behind the exclusive Club of The Union, is of those places where you feel that the time stopped, is like being in the 60s/70s with properly dressed mozos and the environmental (and hygienic) conditions of those years, which for some can be very attractive. The food is abundant and well prepared, like homemade food, recommending the whole pernil and the arrollado, accompanied by cooked potatoes and a good wine or a traditional jug of Burgundy. It is recommended to go in time as the preparations take time to get to the table, here is not fast food but a place where lunch or dinner is a time ago. Very advisable to go with friends, with the couple (which is popular taste), is not to go with children. It's definitely a big bite!!
He's hungry and thirsty, he should go to the Girl Union, ask for a sandwish of pernil and a jug of borgoña and be happy.Super central location, of old facade inside everything new and remodeled that is the center of Santiago. Known for its typical Chilean food and drinks. If you like the 'guachaca', this is a good place that doesn't fall in the vulgar.
Truly food like in the granny's house.... Rich pots try the day menu will not regret. It also recommends its sandwiches. .
The attention was very fast, and I went for a few cracks with puree and my dad always faithful to the chicks. Not much of the food to say, simple and good. cup/ ≤br/ stuff I missed: a good knife and pepper and sauces in general. Plus you can only pay in cash or check.
