Mcdonald's - Sand Springs

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Normally, I don't frequent McDonald's, but since it was late in the day and I was in need of some coffee, I decided to stop by. McDonald's serves some of the best coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me to wait while they brewed a fresh cup just for me. I really appreciated the effort they put into it. I enjoyed every drop! The customer service at this location exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

The ordering process is incredibly fast with the McDonald's app. I find it much easier to get exactly what I want by ordering online. However, I'm not a fan of the points expiring. Even though they notify you before your points run out, you can only redeem them for one item at a time. On the positive side, the app offers some great promotions that are updated regularly.

I visited another place and ordered a refreshing orange drink served in a tall glass. It's one of the few drinks I can enjoy because I have a disability that prevents me from drinking carbonated beverages. It was truly refreshing!

While all others did nothing Rose went up and up. I had a hard time on the kiosk and she came out and took my order. She told my wife and I'm going to make sure that she's taking it out while other lazy employees called table numbers. She made sure everything was good and if we needed something. You need managers like Rose. Thank you. Rose for the best service yet. I'm back
