Moonlight Deli - San Rafael

The sandwiches, the sand, and the cold Mac salad were fantastic! These were the best sandwiches I have ever had! The broth was also amazing. However, the customer service could be improved.

The meat in the $10 sandwich was disappointing, as shown in the picture. The bratbeef was low quality and rubbery, similar to bologna. The staff was friendly, and the other sandwiches were good. It's nice that they offer free delivery, but the amount of meat in the sandwich needs to be doubled. I've never had a sandwich with such a small amount of meat before. I would be willing to pay an extra dollar if necessary, but I probably wouldn't return in its current state.

Absolutely a place worth stopping over, the food is excellent and fresh, the costs are convenient and it is regularly clean in here. Fantastic work.

I had the fireman sandwich, it was a good size and the flavor was there, quality was good and staff was quick. I definitely would recommend this place a good sandwich

I really love this spot so much. The two women who run it are absolutely the sweetest and are always patient with me as I decide my order. The sandwiches are delicious and they have a great variety of toppings in addition to the classics. They also have a fun variety of drinks and chips. I always stop here on my way up to a hike and eat my sandwich up there. It’s perfect!
