I went in and paid more than $10 for a terrible smoothie I could have made at home. The fruit was store bought and frozen. It was freezer burned tasting. The worker there poured my tasteless, freezer burned fruit mess in an empty and dirty mason jar. It was spilling out and I told her that was not ok as I was driving. She proceeded to tell me that they had no cups and complain about the owner. I told her I couldn't take it like that as I would be driving and didn't want the mess in my car. She then said ok I have like literally 3 cups. Poured it in a cup and put a lid on it. Huge waste of my time and money and I seriously hope this isn't where the quality and service of Salida is headed. I would give negative stars for this experience. I paid for it because I felt bad for the worker and promptly threw it away. Huge waste of my time and money. I would only go back to tell the owner of this experience, but it doesn't seem they care much about their business.

Shiitake pad Thai was delicious. The owner is really cool too.

**Lasso Smoothie**: Great flavor and smooth texture—definitely a 5-star item. **Price**: A whopping $10! That's a single star for this aspect. Just a heads up: the prices aren't displayed on the board in the store. If they were, I doubt anyone would willingly spend $10 on a smoothie. The ingredients aren’t anything remarkable or particularly unique—just frozen mango from a big bag like you’d find at Costco, regular grocery store bananas, and a chai mix that could easily be picked up at King Soopers. I really appreciate the concept of a local vegan smoothie shop and eatery, and I understand that tourists might be willing to pay this price given the area's tourism appeal. However, as a local, I’ll be passing on this. I can either make my own smoothies or skip it altogether. If you're just passing through, it could be worth a stop for a healthy option if you're okay with the price.

Really awesome atmosphere, amazing smoothies and super good juice. Really interesting conversation too. Loved it, definitely coming again
