I've been through 2 cities, 2 Tim Hortons (including this one) and 2 identically terrible experiences. Blatant lack of organization.Make sure nothing is missing...

Waitress mixed everything up and forgot 2 out of 5 items in our order which had been forgotten to send to the cook.
Toilets out of order, no running water in sink to wash hands. Disgusting
Order kiosk all down. Noone could speak english at the front counter.
