Tim Hortons - Sainte Anne des Monts

Waitress mixed everything up and forgot 2 out of 5 items in our order which had been forgotten to send to the cook.

The service is quick most of the time. It's a great place to grab a snack and enjoy a good cup of coffee!

I've been through 2 cities, 2 Tim Hortons (including this one) and 2 identically terrible experiences. Blatant lack of organization.Make sure nothing is missing from your order... what's more, the service dates back to another century:We prepare the meals/sandwiches for you on one side and then you still have to wait for the drinks on the other... as long as there are people there, I might as well tell you that if you order hot, it will be cold before so that you can drink...Good luck to the person who decides to take matters into their own hands to compensate for these obvious inefficiencies.

The staff are all very friendly and serve the best coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to have breakfast here both on our first and last day.

However, a gentleman in line who spoke French noticed my situation. He checked my receipt and communicated with one of the staff members, and eventually secured my donut for me. I truly appreciate his help, but it raises a question: why do some staff members treat non-French speakers so rudely, even when we apologize for not speaking French? It felt like everyone was watching me, and I was completely out of my element.
