Erabliere St-Henri - Sainte-Adèle

We chose to visit this Sugar Shack because we wanted an authentic experience. We weren't looking for a fancy buffet with food that wasn't reflective of the springtime in Quebec. To our delight, we were pleasantly surprised. The delicious food is brought directly to your table, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The simple building adds to the authenticity of the experience, making it a true 'Cabane à sucre'. We will definitely be returning with our family next year.

This restaurant offers a unique twist on sugar beet dishes with a smaller, less sweet flavor profile. Guests can add their own maple syrup to customize their meal. The restaurant follows a set menu format where the food is brought to the table but guests serve themselves. The all-you-can-eat option is a great value and the service is top-notch. The site is not famous because on the edge of a pass road but the excellent food!!!! if you are looking for a catererer, they are very good.

Smaller sugar shack with good food. Unlike other sugar shacks, not everything is sweet, you add your own maple syrup. It is a set menu, they bring the food to the table and you serve yourself, all you can eat. Good service. Reservations needed.
