Le Cozy Café - Hudson

I deeply regret having to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary. I used to be a big fan of the “good old” Cozy Cafe, even before the first renovations, and I continued to enjoy it through all the changes. The ambiance is lovely and the service is quite good. However, my friends and I, three ladies in total, found ourselves disappointed with the menu and, frankly, the meals. Cozy Cafe was our go-to spot for any event, especially before a theater show, but sadly, that’s no longer the case. I really hope they consider bringing back the old menu. On a positive note, I’m very glad to see that the restaurant made it through the challenges of the pandemic.

We had a wonderful dinner here last weekend. We sat on the patio listening to great live music while we ate. It has such a relaxing atmosphere with great food and drinks. We had a keylime martini, the shrimp and dumplings for appetizers,they were all delicious! Then the Southwest Chicken and Braised beef sandwich, also amazing!! They have a wonderful staff who seem to know when you need them but they don't hover. We can't wait to go back and maybe sit inside next time the decor is beautiful.

First time eating here last Wednesday for wing night and was not disappointed. The wings were great, the service was good, and the beer was cold. I will definitely be back in the future.

The restaurant lived up to its name and had a warm, cozy atmosphere with fantastic decor. However, I did notice a couple of drawbacks: the table wasn't cleaned properly and had a sticky surface. While the Cozy Burger was delicious, the grilled cheese was overly greasy, making it feel more like a fried sandwich.

I visited on Mother's Day weekend before heading to the cemetery to see my grandma. Although we didn't have a reservation, the staff was able to accommodate the three of us. The service was prompt, the staff was courteous, and most importantly, the food was delicious. I will definitely return!
