I knew I loved the truffle but I was afraid I was being swept. .. and result I have only one advice: go to the eyes closed! even the medium black truffle, yet frozen, was succulent and the white truffle, fresh, also! the reception is more than pleasant, the dishes are well presented and the service is well as problem a photographer who takes a photo of the dishes .. which so happens cold but our table has been spared ( but inconvenience soon forgotten! )in dessert apple pie, caramel and truffles is absolutely divine!
