Spang's Italian - Saint Germain

At first we were unsure how we felt about app only ordering and no actual waitstaff. However the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very tasty. Obviously a restaurant trying to do the best they can with the limited staff issue so many places are experiencing. We have had their takeout before and were very pleased. Eating in the restaurant was very good as well.

Great pizza ???????????? Short on staff, as is every place. Easy to use table ordering with your cell phone ???? . Despite lack of staff, our food and bar order was super quick on a Friday night. I eat there every time I visit Eagle River. No complaints here.??????????????

The pizza was excellent! They managed to handle a large takeout order of five pizzas even during their busy hours. If you're unable to reach them by phone, they also provide the option to order online. A few of the pizzas were overcooked, so if you prefer them less done, be sure to specify how you'd like them cooked.

The food was delicious and well-prepared. The antipasto was freshly made, featuring crisp elements where appropriate, and the dressings (Caesar and blue cheese) were outstanding. We also tried a thin-crust special spicy pizza; the crust was perfectly cooked and handmade, complemented by a richly flavored sauce. The staff were courteous and attentive, despite it not being very busy at around 9 PM. The interior boasts an old-style decor with multiple dining rooms, adding to the overall ambiance.

We ordered takeout for dinner, and the lasagna was delicious. The broiled fish fry was excellent as well! I'm so glad they are open for dine-in now too.
