Decanta-t Degustacion Gourmet - Sada

Quite different from the usual Galician eateries, I would highlight their very diverse wine menu and how knowledgeable staff are when providing advice. Very good food, the limited menu works very well. Great to be able to see how the food is cooked.

Reserve early..this place fills up quickly. Great service, ambiance, wine, and food. Food is customized to you and the chef is willing to make any adjustments if you happen to be Vegan/Vegetarian. I can write a long review raving about this place but all I can say is: If you 've watched the Hundred-foot Journey then eat at Decant-t. The chef is a Hassan Kadam in the making Visit now before the word gets out ...this place is GOOD.

On our last night in Sada, we decided to go to the nr. 1 rated restaurant in Sada (according to TripAdvisor). Tip, you really have to make a reservation because of the limited amount of tables and the many visitors. We ordered the salad of mango and langostines, anchoas con queso and baca vieja. First we got an amuse, followed by grapes filled with an anchoa cream. The food was very good, especially the vaca vieja, the service was fantastic and the ambiance is very good. When going to Sada don't forget to visit this place, it is certainly worth it!

Hemos ido a cenar y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. De entrantes pedimos los torreznos de Soria acompañados con uvas y la tosta de pan brioche con aguacate y sardina ahumada,una mezcla riquísima ambos. De segundo un bocata de churrasco que estaba espectacular y un chuletón de Angus en su punto. De postres tomamos una milhoja de crema de vainilla,torrija de pan brioche y una cremosa tarta de queso. Ha estado todo de 10!!! Todo muy cuidado al detalle,producto de calidad y destacar la atención y amabilidad del personal. Sin lugar a dudas,repetiremos seguro.

Comimos dos pan bao de calamares riquísimo y brioche con sardina. De principal una picaña y de postre coulant casero. Todo estaba buenísimo y en su perfecto punto de preparación, los productos de muy buena calidad y el servicio de camareros genial. Repetiremos seguro!
