Con: They seem to run out of popular/seasonal drinks often compared to other stores. Pros: I usually order from here through the app about once a week. With the exception of 1 time months ago (a passive aggressive staff member who maybe had a bad morning), it's always been a pleasant experience. I usually get a shaken oatmilk espresso w/chai or apple crisp and the staff here make it perfect. I notice the difference right away when I order at other locations, so this is my go to.

Went there yesterday (8/25/23) had a horrible experience with drive thru her name was BROOKLYN I wanted to do a half and half payment and she had such a bad attitude with me .. I really wish this Starbucks would shut down they are really racists everytime I go up there it’s always a attitude towards me and I’m such a kind hearted person it’s just always a problem and there’s nothing but white people working there that are just mean and they don’t even make their drinks right they always be watered down .. do better man seriously

No one in this establishment has any customer service. I don’t want to say it’s a skin color thing even though for the second trip there that is what it seems to me it is. However no greeting when you come in. The staff only cares about what they have going on. The atmosphere is stale. I gave them a second chance because I believe in second chances. But this is horrible!!!Dietary restrictions: I can’t have cow milk so I have to get soy milk

This team is killing Red Cup Day! I came in about 7:30am today. They’re cool, calm, collected. The service and friendly vibe didn’t lack even though they’re swamped! I got my first red cup ever! Thanks RC Starbies! ??
