Twisted Burger Round Lake

Recently ordered from this location. Half of the burgers didn’t have the toppings on them that they were supposed to. These weren’t add on toppings, they were the standard toppings for that burger. Decided to let it go because the burger looked good. The first bite that was taken by a family member had a really long hair in it. Gross! There were other items missing as well. The only saving grace was that the burgers themselves were pretty decent. Please do better because I would love to have a great burger place close by.

This place was great! We loved all the food. Burgers were amazing. We each got a different one. Then ended up splitting them. They were all cooked perfectly. We highly recommend you try this place out!

We were looking for a quick supper before an event, saw this place and stopped in. Very friendly, attentive employees; Juan was both efficient and polite. My wife had a wrap with the fresh cut fries and I had the Diablo burger with fresh cut fries. All were very good. I would have liked the burger a bit more if the bun had been toasted but that is my preference. The burger has a surprising amount of heat, an enjoyable surprise although my eyes watered bit. The fresh cut fries were extremely well made and flavorful. Great atmosphere with the old bank vault, historic photos, etc. Place was extremely clean. Glad we stopped and will be back the next time we are in Round Lake.

Food was delicious!!! First time here and was not disappointed at all! My kids enjoyed their meals! Friendly environment! I give a 10/10!

We placed a take out order. When we entered to pick it up, we were greeted by the cook, who was very personable, pleasant, and truly enjoyed his job. My husband ordered the Black Widow burger it was put together very nicely, not sloppy, almost like a commercial. I ordered the BLT salad that was beautifully organized and fresh...wish I took a picture. We ordered the garlic parmesan fries to share, and it was a HUGE order for the price. The fries were soggy, but I lend that to being in a to go container and steaming themselves. A quick toss in the air fryer helped crisp them up a bit.
