Dunkin' - Round Lake Beach

The coffee here is made terrible. My husband went to give it another shot but was again disappointed. He ordered a carmel ice coffee with cream and it was dark. He asked them to make another one and that one was just as terrible. Didn't taste like any carmel in it. Will continue to go to Rte 83 or Grayslake for coffee until the employees are trained on how to make good coffee. Needs to work on customer service and a happier team.

Pulled into the drive-through placed my order and began to pull around to the window, and I saw this tuck blocking the exit to the drive through. I waited for my drink which I ordered a hot chai latte and it wasn't even warm.... and I told the young male working at the window I couldn't leave and told him the exit was blocked. He said nothing and walked off.. nobody came to the window nobody working inside went outside to try and get this thing moved... I got super close to the back end of the truck and just started honking at it until it moved... It's completely unacceptable. The franchise owners do not care, if they did there would be standards at this restaurant.... Go to the Hainesville location! They have better service, make the drinks correctly and you won't wait around all day.

Every time my mom goes something is wrong. She had a simple order of Black coffee coconut flavor w/ cream and Splenda on the side- the ticket that printed said cream and Splenda on the side coconut flavor. They gave her black coffee no coconut flavor and they gave her cream Splenda in the coffee with an extra attitude. Avoid this place drive to the round lake one on 83 or Hainesville.

Don't go to this Dunkin donuts. We usually go to the one in Hainesville, but went to this one cause my husband had some errands to run in the area... My husband got home and realized they didn't give us my sandwich, he ordered sausage with his sandwich andthey gave him bacon, and my caramel latte is more like burnt coffee water. My husband has been trying to call their store totalk to them to maybe resolve the issue, things happen, but no one is picking up. Terrible service!

Not always to your exact order, like an everything bagel instead of multigrain. But breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and drinks come fast.
