Terrible customer service! the man who answered the phone rudely! they called back after I had ordered to ask if I wanted to pay with card or cash, and when I asked how long it would take to laugh the man, and they said they had just ordered, so it takes about 30 min-1 hour. I was so insulted that I apparently had returned 1 minute later, but was ready to die. 30 minutes later they came to the door. the man was clearly upset, and after I had paid and thanked him, he said it was bad that I wanted to cancel immediately after I had ordered. I ordered kebab and pommes. the kebab tasted good, but the pomme fries were soggy and cold. there will never be food from there again.

Order 2 pieces pizza, one of which should be for the children. So I ordered a simple margarita and asked if I could get ham in the half. then I got the answer that it is not possible, then it is 50 (half half). Okay, they call it what they want me to think. when I picked up, it turned out that the additional pieces of ham cost me 64, cron, a total of 209; for the half instead of 145, for a margarita plus something for these ham pieces (extra accessories). I hope you thought it was worth it.

Didn't speak to the people myself, so don't know anything about customer service. But the pizza tasted boring... First time I've had pizza without tomato sauce. Only cheese, base and topping. Liquid sour cream dressing. This could have been better.
