Ordered a lot of food, but didn’t receive a curry dish and a nan bread and when I phoned up the restaurant and they took my address and said we’ll get it out too you, I’ve still not received it over an hour again

I requested a pickup time of 6:30 pm for my order, as my wife was at work. However, my order arrived at 6:15 pm, which made me unhappy. Additionally, the food was not very warm, so I ended up throwing it away. It's unfortunate, as my wife had been working for 12 hours today.

The food was extremely spicy, to the point where we couldn't even eat it. While a bit of spice is usually enjoyable, a Madras dish shouldn't be as fiery as a Vindaloo. It was difficult to determine if the food was tasty or not, as the overwhelming spiciness masked any other flavors. We felt like our £40 was wasted and would not recommend this restaurant.

The fresh ingredients were top-notch, and the curry was one of the best I've ever had! The only criticism is that it was a little too salty for my taste.

WOW! Customer service is shocking! We ordered a variety of items as we have done many times before and the mild chicken curry was NOT mild, it was very spicy. I called to explain and was told next time it would be mild, told them it needed to be replaced. I had to explain myself 3 times to 3 different people, all I wanted was the curry replacing. Eventually I was told it would be replaced, but they ask to give the NOT mild curry back with pleasure! We need to find another takeaway!
