East Dragon Chinese Takeaway

Ordered from here for ages but the last couple of times it’s been a shambles. Last time it was over 45 minutes last. This time I ordered direct on their website for me and my guests, I ordered Salt Pepper chicken with noodles for myself and the order came wrong with no noodles. Called them straight away to advise it was wrong, spoke to who I can only guess is the owner was told it was being sorted and my order was been sent correct. Waited 25 minutes no order, called up to chase where it was spoke to a lady this time who advised the gentlemen didn’t understand me and had done nothing with my order ! Why he answers the phone when he struggles to understand English is beyond me. Was then told I couldn’t have a refund as I didn’t order the noodles despite my order clearly showing it ! I’ve had to argue with the woman on the phone to get my noodles and now my chicken is flat cold as I’ve left it on the side to be returned. Won’t order from here again, the food is good but the service is absolutely terrible !!

Ordered beef chow mein with extra bean sprouts and just got beef in noodles so just ate the beef outta it spare ribs was beautiful but what a let down from previous owner wont be ordering again.... Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2

Absolutely disappointing, ordered on Deliveroo, where they don 't even specify their dishes and just label them as 'special ', 'pork ', 'beef ', etc. The prawns in the prawn chow mein were soft and mushy, the noodles were horrid, the sauce was terrible and bitter-tasting. The 'seafood ' egg fried rice 's contents weren 't even specified on the menu, so when I received it I was shocked to see supermarket crabsticks, huge chunks of squid and mussels scattered throughout rice that was sticky (not in appealing way) and hard at some points. The curry sauce was okay, barely. My biggest disappointment was the prawn crackers, why were some soggy and some rock hard. 0/10, that 's being generous. Horrible.

Food was disgusting. Very disappointing, I’m not a fussy eating but honestly tasted horrid and we ended up putting it in the bin. Complete waste of money. Quite funny as this is the first time I’ve left a review but felt I would not want others to experience this food. Back to yummys in wath once it reopens.
