Domino's Pizza - Rotherham

Card only, 3 hungry kids on a Sunday. Disgraceful. People should avoid these card only places..!! Dominoes scandalous by you... I will never use you again for this basic reason of card only. Yet great food.. clowns

After 2 weeks ,got a very generic response from Customer services, we will pass your feedback onto the manager..Clowns I already did this in person on my bad visit, what was the point in asking for all my order details ..Terrible service from start to finish. Update on a update, was finally contacted by customer services I use the term lightly a week ago to submit my order details which i dud promptly 7 days ago .... shocked still no full response Update, another example of bad service , I have now emailed twice going back a week and no Response.. Just ordered a pizza online, no problem, tried to order cookie cream egg 3 times and not allowing, arrived to collect and then asked to order the cookies, I only had cash on , was greeted with a very abrupt we don 't take cash from staff member, looked around for sign advising me, none to be seen, asked if had one, was told we had one on counter and fallen off last week, asked to speak to manager Ellise to give feedback , her response I will pass it on .Great customer service

After waiting 45 mins and 2 phone calls food arrived cold. Not what you expect for a premium pizza delivery. Won’t be using again.

Spacious environment with great staff. Hard to find parking though. You’ll have to speak on yellow likes to get your food.

We've not used them for a while due to a drop in quality however we decided to give them a go again and WOW!!! Genuinely the best pizza weve had in years, ANYWHERE..!! Harrison (if I've recalled your name correctly, apologies if I havent) was very helpful and polite when I called and made sure the order was perfect and it was. We will Definitely be getting pizza from them again. Oh, forgot to mention. The wings were very good too. 10/10 A bit hit and miss at times but the last few have been fantastic. The delivery people are always polite and it always arrives piping hot...
