Domino's Pizza - Rotherham

Appalling service that just keeps getting worse. Tonight was the last straw. 2 items missing from the order, was told by the manager they would be sent out straight away. It's nearly 3hrs later and no sign so clearly in the lie to the customer bracket. Over priced, understaffed and poor customer service. Don't waste your money

I live 5 minutes from the store. After waiting 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas I tried ti get an eya as the order tracker just said prep . Store not answering phone. After another hour of trying to get a response I gave up. Drver shows up 3 hours late at midnight (we 'd already gone to bed without dinner). Cold old and inedible food was put on floor outside my house and driver with a bad attitude said sort it with store as not his fault. Told him I didn 't want them and store weren 't answering anyway. He just ignored me and walked off. Really arrogant. Had to claim money back through paypal as store manager wouldn 't even come to phone when they opened next day and staff just fob you off with same excuse ot it wasn 't my fault . And manager won 't pay for staff so were always too busy . Never left a bad review for anywhere but this really is a bad takeaway. Shame as I used to like dominos pizza.

Ordered two pizzas at 7.30pm for 9.00pm. Driver apparently couldn't find address even though I stood outside for 10 mins. Then driver returned to the shop. After numerous phone calls they said driver has returned to the shop. Shocking service, poor offer of a free bottle of pop. Never going there again. Avoid at all costs.

Order two large pizza, chips and chicken strips from Sheffield Handsworth. pizza was wet, chips not cocked well and not crunchy. not worth £32

Ordered a pizza on Saturday evening at 7 had the kids round. After checking on the app it said it was getting final checks.didnt arrive til 2 hours later. Freezing cold. Would have sent it straight back but kids were starving had to warm in microwave rang up only to be palmed off by the manager. Waste of money avoid at all cost!
