We have dinner based on pizza, excellent seafood pizza, qualified staff and pizzaioli are unique not to say the best pizzaioli of Rosolini and surroundings. Cheap price, to be recommended.
Good pizza, very affordable prices, courteous staff, very spartan local, in summer has tables outside outdoors, recommended for a good pizza.
The pizza was really great, the discreet service/good the location not just at hand but not so much uncomfortable, from the country just take the car and in a few minutes you reach it. Surely we'll be back!
I highly recommend to all readers to try the pizza at the Restaurant Il Papiro. Given that it is an experimental pizza and still out of the menu, I immediately tell you that the ingredients used are the synthesis of tradition and innovation that a good pizzaiolo must be able to paint in a harmonious way to the territory and to draw how much more good and genuine can offer. I will teach you only the prince of this recipe...the rest you will have, if you can, discover it. It's Rosolini Dop's old cabbage. Nothing more autochthonous and good our territory could offer the malgama skillfully mixed to make every taste unique and surprising. So....compliments to pizzaiolo Luigi... and good appetite to all!
