The Lost Cajun - Rosenberg

At around 3:00 PM, the restaurant was quite empty, with only a few patrons. We were greeted promptly and seated quickly, and the staff was extremely friendly. The fish, oysters, and shrimp were all cooked to perfection. We started with a Cajun crab cake appetizer, which was delicious. My only complaint—though it may just be a personal preference—was the coleslaw; it was a bit dry. A little more mayo and sugar would make it perfect. The red beans and rice were fantastic. Overall, it's a wonderful place with excellent food.

I was in town searching for something different from the usual chain restaurants and fast food, and Lost Cajun was just what I needed. The boudin balls were outstanding—I could have easily ordered 30 of them! I also tried the catfish étouffée, and it was delicious as well. My server was new, but he did a fantastic job. I could hear him communicating with the cook, which was quite entertaining! It felt like I was in Hell's Kitchen.

Absolutely amazing! The New Cajun restaurant is a hidden gem. The flavors and quality are fantastic. Our waitress, Delijah, provided top-notch service with a smile. It's a must-visit—definitely worth 6 stars!

Great place! Great menu, great staff, must love the decor and the small embedded details. Family atmosphere, small children's area. Come here a lot!

We went here for the first time and had 5 lbs of crawfish and the bite size beignets. The kiddos loved them. Definitely will be back!
