I absolutely love Firehouse Subs! My go-to order is the turkey bacon ranch. No one else makes a sub quite like Firehouse does.
The customer service here was absolutely awful. I can't emphasize how bad it was. As for the food, I'd rate it a 2 out of 5. Save your money and go somewhere else!
This is my first time returning to this location, and I was delighted by the excellent food and service.
No SWEET TEA, this kind has ruined the whole experience. Whatever the case, management is always responsible for providing what they promise on the menu. They redeemed and made it right before I left, so I have something to do.
