The Oar House - Rockwall

This was a great place for a first date for two of us known in our 20s as “old souls”. my family has been here for years, and from outside the oar house, has made friends with the boil. eating is always incredible and the atmosphere is very pleasant. a very nice place to dinner and talk.

Service was not very good. Everyone seemed to have an attitude. The paired down New Year's Eve menu was a DISSAPPOINTMENT.

The food is always amazing at the Oar House. Never disappoints. Like a lot of eateries, struggling with wait staff. But this is still one of my favorites.

We went for Christmas Eve dinner. Was wonderful! Food, service, and atmosphere was great!!

Nice place with a cosy deco. Was packed tonight even when I went in after 8pm. Had the calamari and the Father’s Day special ribeye. Both were good!
