Saltgrass Steak House - Rockwall

Who in their right mind would eat this salad? To the chef: please pay attention to your staff, as this lettuce is simply unacceptable.

Update from 8/16/24! We visit this restaurant frequently, and as I mentioned in my previous review, our experiences are always wonderful. However, we did encounter a minor issue during our visit tonight. I brought it to the attention of our server, Madison, and both she and the manager, Teddy, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We were truly impressed by their kindness and left knowing they genuinely care about their customers. It was an incredible experience—definitely go see Teddy and Madison! I love this Saltgrass. The staff is consistently quick and friendly, and the salads are fantastic!

I had the worst service today. After an hour and a half, I still hadn't received my main course. All I ended up with were drinks and a salad before deciding to leave.

Saturday night at 6pm? Very busy... but worth it. Best filet mignon I have enjoyed in a long time.

The carrot does not measure up to what you get at Saltgrass in Mesquite. Steaks were good.
