I go here 2x a week at least. Antonella has the BEST customer service! I wish she worked more days; but everyone is nice there. You will enjoy your smoothie and the customer service.

Was my first time, in the smoothie king Located in falls grove shady grove md. The customer service is great, especial the Spanish ladys from peru, she was very knowing the king of smoothie was needed for my whole family and I. Especial for my father is diabetic, she has her time to explain what I need. So 5 stard for this lady from peru. .

Their Keto options AREN 'T keto, they 're just glorified protein shakes. You 're spiking your insulin like every other smoothie on the menu. Their website says it has high fat, but I highly doubt it 's anywhere near the amount of fat it says on the website, and if it is, it 's processed sunflower oil. To those who don 't know you need high amounts of fat to counteract the insulin impact you get from that much protein. The whole point of the ketogenic diet is to prevent insulin from spiking and using high fat to switch over to Ketosis. If you 're going to charge 8 bucks for a smoothie at least get it right. P.S I suspect they use Maltodextrin in the keto protein blend.

AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE from Elena, and crew today! I am convinced this is the best Smoothie King in the DMV! I came in for a Peanut Power Plus with Chocolate with a few modifications and I can say with confidence that Elena over exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this location
