Jersey Mike's Subs - Rockville

Long waiting time despite a lot of personal. then they wanted to give me the wrong sandwich three times. a man and his daughter have been fed and have gone out. I followed. I appreciate everything they do for the community. but this is not the only place where the personal is going.

I went last week and my sub was great, so we decided to get this time the huge sub, since three of us were shared. it was as if the same amount of supplements was stretched from a regular part to fit the larger ones. only two bites, from the end pieces had ham and cheese, it was all salate. a good experience, a bad, not sure if they go back.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. When I walked in to order, I couldn't find where to place my order, so I waited at the register. There were 4 employees behind the counter, but none of them greeted me or helped me. After a few minutes, a tall man finally asked if I was there to pick up an order, to which I replied that I wanted to place an order. He then told me I needed to go to the meat display counter to order. I waited there until a woman finally asked me what I wanted. I placed my sandwich order and asked for everything on it. The same rude man then told me I needed to specify what "everything" meant, as they couldn't read my mind. Despite there being a sign about "Mike's way," I did not use those specific words. I left the restaurant and have no intention of returning to that location.

Freshly sliced deli meat made to order...the subs are simply delicious! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing subs and a welcoming staff - I adore the Italian #13, but all of their subs are delicious. The cheesesteaks and tuna subs are also fantastic, especially when you order them Mike's Way. Much tastier than the options at Jimmy Johns or Firehouse down the street.
