Abbott's Frozen Custard - Rochester

We LOVE the location of Abbott. It has done a wonderful work, the central Brighton for several years with great Abbott quality. We often visit during the season and the staff are always polite and efficient. Try a corridor if you want a special treat.

Can you ever go wrong with Abbott’s? Though they don’t seem to be producing as many flavors as when I was a kid (coffee flavor! you can never go wrong with vanilla in a waffle cone with chocolate sprinkles. There is a reason Abbott’s has been in business in the Rochester area for so long. If you haven’t tried their frozen custard put it on your to do list for this summer!!!

Went to grab a cone tonight and I was SO impressed. The customers were standing 6ft away from each other and wearing masks and the workers were wearing masks and gloves. I felt safe and had a delicious cone! Thanks Abbots for giving me some sense of normalcy.

This is the best place for ice cream! The custard is fantastic! I absolutely love this spot. I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake!

Cozy gathering spot with plenty of parking available. Open seasonally from April to October, typically until 10 or 11 PM. They offer large ice cream cones or cups in three different sizes, featuring daily flavors, and also sell pints. The menu includes sandwiches and novelty ice cream items. The young staff is very friendly.
