Hedonist Artisan Ice Cream - Rochester

This was our second visit here. The first time, we had the best chocolate ice cream ever. Today, only a non dairy version was available, so we passed. Expect a small selection of flavors (6-8). We had truffle ice cream which only had a minimum of ice cream in order to hold together the almond, pistachios, and actual smashed up chocolate truffles (they have a chocolate store next door). While I love nuts in my ice cream, there was too little ice cream and too much space taken up by truffles, delicious as they were. Small shop, with room only for a few folks to eat their ice cream inside. Plan on taking it to go.

This definitely has to be one of my favorite breakfast places in Rochester. Nothing beats it. The atmosphere is super cute and their seasonal jams are mind-blowing. The owners are super friendly and their French Press Coffee just hits home. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Unique flavors and sorbets a stable in rochester! They change their flavors weekly so they have a small selection, but you'll be guaranteed to find something you like!

What a darling ice cream shop! My boyfriend and I came across Hedonist while en route to Lux, so obviously we had to double back to get a scoop. I chose strawberry cheesecake, and it might as well have been a damn slice it was THAT good. I also bought a T shirt as a souvenir :

Always the best ice cream flavors when I visit. I've gone a few times already. Love the baklava flavor. They only have it sometimes but it's so so good. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly. In the warmer weather, it's nice to walk around the neighborhood. I would I really recommend.
