Taco Riendo - Roanoke

Taco Riendo is absolutely amazing! I ordered through DoorDash, but I really want to experience the atmosphere of the authentic food truck in person. The guacamole with homemade chips is genuine and consistently delicious! The Platillo de Barbacoa Con Consome was fantastic and provided enough for two meals. The whole fried green onions (three of them) were incredibly tasty as well! Definitely give it a try. It’s truly Mexican, not Tex-Mex!

The Chicken Tacos (4) were delicious, and the modifications were spot on! Excellent quality and ample portion for the price.

I say this without hyperbole, but these may be the best tacos in the New River valley. I've tried the tacos and most of the bigger cities I've went to, chicago, new york, etc, and these are on par with any of those I've tried. Very traditional and authentic, with tons of options, I personally have only had the steak, chicken, and carnitas tacos, but they have varieties for whatever your taste may be. There are lots of other items to try, tortas, etc. But I have only had the tacos. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu. Service is always fast and friendly. I strongly recommend this location.

We have been eating here at least once a week for the past few months and each time the experience has been amazing. The quality of the food is exceptional and the prices are more tha reasonable. If you haven't tried Taco Riendo yet then you are missing out on the most authentic tacos (and more! in town.

I've lived near Taco Riendo for years and just now gave it a shot. I'm very upset I hadn't tried this place earlier. The food is fantastic and obviously made with a lot of love. If the tacos are any indication of the food's overall quality, I'll definitely be back.
