Chick-fil-a - Roanoke

I love eating here and the staff are always friendly and professional. this must be the most sloved chick felt a throughout the country, especially the drive thru. they must take some lections from one of the faster stores.

Super nice place. Clean and staff is great though we did witness the manager (knew it was because his picture was posted) redirected his employee extremely rudely and in front of a line of people. Just thought it was rude since the whole philosophy behind Chick-fil-A seems to be kindness and great customer service. Kind of turned us off a bit.

I was happy to get to go to chick fil a for my nephews and myself for dinner...until I found they had missed including my sandwich in my order and I had to go somewhere else to get dinner. I wasn't charged for it, thank goodness, and everything else was there, I guess the person taking the order didn't hear my request. Anyway, the food is consistently good, and both my nephews meals were good and they were happy with the food.

Clean restaurant with friendly workers, but not up to the normal Chick-fil-A standards. My Cobb salad had some bad lettuce in it and nobody came around to ask about refills. Everything else was still good though.

High standard experience. Wife ordered ck strips and fries. I ordered 2 sandwiches- reg ck sandwich and a grilled ck sandwich. The grilled ck sand was dry and the tomato/ lettuce was skimpy. The bun was whole wheat. Will not order the grilled ck again.Will stick with the reg ck sand. Service was good thru the drive through. Roanoke location on 221 only.
