Signature Bagels Deli - Riverhead

If I could give no stars I would. I pre-ordered breakfast for both bridal parties the morning of my wedding. Ours was picked up, but I had the groomsmen?s delivered to the hotel. Well they decided to deliver the breakfast to the complete wrong hotel, and bythe time they went back to get it and bring it to the correct hotel the groomsmen had to leave for the ceremony and the food wasnever consumed. When I called to complain they said they would offer me a discount the next time I bought something from there.I live no where near Riverhead and was only out there for my wedding. Do not recommend, horrible customer service.

Great food, very clean here and they take care of you rt away, prices average, one thing I don't APPRECIATE is the 4% they CHARGE for debit or credit, NO SIGNS ANYWHERE ANYMORE. So for this reason I will still go here and eat their DELICIOUS food butpat in cash. Enjoy!!!!

Everything is made fresh here, including their own rolls. The egg sandwich came with the most amazing homemade fries—a delightful and tasty surprise!

BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT YOU ORDER. On May 7, 2022, I purchased two breakfast sandwiches—two eggs and cheese with kielbasa—after hearing someone else order it and thinking it sounded good. I also got a C4 energy drink and a coffee cake, and the total came to $26.94. They didn’t inform me that the kielbasa would cost an extra $3 per sandwich, which was not posted anywhere. I spoke directly with the manager/owner but received no receipt and there was no customer-facing display to check how I was being charged. I only noticed the charge when I checked my bank account later. It's a shame because this place used to be my go-to for breakfast, but now I’ll have to look for another option.

While it may take some time for your order to arrive, it's definitely worth the wait. Everything was prepared just as I requested, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Unlike many deli and bagel shops that often overlook order accuracy, this place really cares about getting it right, even when they're busy!
