Whenever I have gone there, the customer service has been awful, the food has been either old or cold, and the workers don't seem to care about handling people's food. All they care about is getting paid. Sonic used to be my favorite place, especially for happy hour, but now with the high prices and poor service and food quality, it's just not worth it anymore. Also, they should switch back to using foam cups. Whenever I order a slush, it's always half full.
I recently had an amazing meal at this restaurant that consisted of a delicious hot dog and perfectly crispy onion rings. The beef weiner was top-notch quality and the only thing that could have made it better was if the bread had been freshly baked. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was and it ended up being one of the best meals I've ever had.
Out of the two Sonic locations in the Rio Rancho area, this one is the superior choice. The staff is both friendly and efficient. The food is consistently delicious and accurately prepared. You can always count on receiving what you expect in terms of both the food and service at this location, without any surprises. Despite its distance from the other location, we make the effort to come to this one whenever possible.
Worst Sonic experience thus far. We ordered a medium strawberry unsweetened tea, a rt. 44 strawberry sprite, and cheddar peppers. The only thing they got right were the cheddar peppers. They originally brought us a large strawberry slush and a large coke. We let them know the drinks were wrong and they still brought us the wrong drinks. My husband jokingly said he hoped they didn 't spit in our drinks and the worker said, no promises. Sonic has gone downhill. Better
I have an icecream ???? ???? craving everyday. I go to several places for icecream. We always have to ask for napkins. I think it is a company policy and I don't understand it. Maybe to tip car hop person or they think they are saving money?? They are working double. And it is frustrating for the customer
