Bidrage med feedbackOur friends who live in town took us here. Even our fussy children loved it. They have great local foods such as esbetos (skewered wood roasted sardines) and also crispy lightly breaded anchovies (I'm not a seafood fan usually but the seafood in and around Malaga is unbelievably good). Our favourite is was the eggplant. I'm not a fan of eggplant either but our local friend loves it and now so do we. It is very lightly crisped, kind of slightly crunchy of the outside and hot and fluffy inside. Served with what tasted like molasses (you pour to taste). Sounds odd but it was amazing. Other restaurants serve similar restaurant eggplant (usually with honey) but it doesn't come close to this. Have a tinto de verana in summertime (red wine with lemonade ...a lighter and less sweet version of sangria. Little to no English by the family who runs it but there is an English version of the menu. And we just smiled and nodded to whatever they said. We didn't always know what was coming but we're delighted with it all
Nice place for a dinner in family. Not a high cooking but very good if you want to eat “espeto” in the area. The prices are more than correct according to what you eat. I recommend this restaurant if you pass by.
