Every time I visit, everything is always perfect. I come in every day! Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

This Subway location does not honor the coupons that you receive in the mail. I understand that the employees are not responsible for this decision, and I've tried to move past that. However, while I was just trying to engage in a light-hearted conversation, the employee became quite rude. Additionally, the owner appears to be very cheap; for instance, he instructed the staff to only put five olives on a foot-long sub—just one example of his frugality. The franchise should reconsider their affiliation with this owner. After accepting the coupon situation, I ended up being overcharged by $11. While they mostly corrected it when I pointed it out, I still ended up being charged extra for toppings I never received, as clearly indicated on my receipt.
