The food was good and the atmosphere was fine. The service wasn't great I was there alone and it took 1.5 hours total, most spent waiting for my server. I'll be back despite that, but a lot of that is driven by lack of alternatives. I wish the menu contained full descriptions of each roll too only the specialty rolls have them today. I definitely enjoyed the Shaggy Dog at this restaurant. To start, I ordered the Gyoza and asked whether they were steamed or fried. The waiter informed me they were pan-fried, so I decided to give them a try. However, I felt they could have used a bit more time in the pan or even been deep-fried for a better texture. Overall, I would rate it a solid 3 stars. Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.

The lo mein was soggy and overly saucy, yet it wasn't too salty, and the portions were generous with plenty of meat. However, it lacked that distinctive wok flavor. The eel and spider rolls also had too much sauce; while they weren't greasy, they weren't tightly rolled either and didn't have a noticeable seafood aroma. The rainbow roll featured only three types of fish. On a positive note, the customer service was good, the food was served quickly, and the restaurant didn't have a greasy smell. The prices were on the higher side. Overall, the food was acceptable, but I probably won't be returning.
