Bidrage med feedbackThe café has a main stand where you can buy drinks, sandwiches and other items, as well as an attached pizza oven. Customers must join the same queue and pay at the main stand, even if they only want a pizza. As a result, the queue is consistently long, even outside of peak hours like lunchtime. Unfortunately, despite the inconvenience of waiting, the food is not worth the long wait.
We visited Kew during half term and decided to go to White Peaks Cafe. Unfortunately, the cafe was crowded and there were no available seats. I had to feed my 6-month-old baby in the aisle because there was only one high chair available. Many seats were taken by people who brought their own food. We paid a high price but couldn't find anywhere to sit. Additionally, there was a 20-minute wait to change my son because the restaurant only had one baby changing area. We won't be returning anytime soon!
Despite it being winter, this cafe was bustling with activity. It offers a diverse menu that is suitable for the entire family. Located next to the children's garden, it is a favorite spot for families, but even older individuals appeared to enjoy their meals as well.
All cakes were uncovered. My muffin was very dry. Dirty tables and toilets. I appreciate it gets busy but the prices should cover appropriate staffing levels.
£4.55 for a muffin. How can you justify this price? £1.50 for an apple or an orange. I'm pleased we didn't want hot food.
