Grounded - Richmond Upon Thames

This cafe is fantastic! The staff are lovely and I visit daily because I absolutely love their coffee. However, I have noticed that they seem to be understaffed and overworked. Despite this, they still manage to create a wonderful atmosphere and always have a smile on their faces. The coffee consistently tastes great too.

A very lovely local cafe in St. Margaret that offers a really good coffe! It's a small cafe with limited seating inside and a few seats on the outside. Came here on a Friday afternoon, and the place was packed and busy with families and their young's kids. The service was excellent and fast, and aside from coffee, they offere other hot or cold beverage. I haven't had any food from this cafe so I can't really say about the quality. But their cakes looks delicious and would like to try them next time.

I am writing this review because I have a fondness for this coffee shop and its owner, despite my disappointment with its current state. It is clear to me, as someone in the hospitality industry, that this establishment desperately needs a new manager. The quality of the coffee is inconsistent, the advertised hours are constantly incorrect, and the staff often appear to be in a bad mood. The opening hours are not ideal for commuters who want coffee early in the morning, and the overall lack of consistency is frustrating for customers. It seems as though the coffee shop is not willing to make the necessary changes to thrive, which is disappointing considering my positive memories of it when it first opened. It appears to be on a downward spiral, possibly due to a lack of effort or proper management.

Tasty food and great service. Loads of tasty veggie food to choose from.

This is the best café in town! The coffee is delicious and the cakes are amazing, I would definitely recommend it.
