Subway - Richmond Hill

This branch is Understaffed, by understaffed means she is alone working!! Doesnt have any knowledge about costumer service very rude on the phone, very rude in person!! Not a recommended branch of subway!! Had to drive further to go to a much better subway branch. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!

Can be busy at times and the poor staff has to tend to making sandwiches, making app orders, and cashing out alone.

I don’t know who is working there right now but she made my sandwiches so well and that’s honestly I think the best I’ve ever tasted Subway and I was born and raised in this country. ? Great quality and service. Will be back. ?

5 stars go to Lesly for her great customer service anytime she takes my order she is not rushing me and very nice!

I love this place, almost every time I’m there I get the teriyaki rice bowl.
